This is the first tutorial that I have made. It's a very basic tutorial for achieving Sunrays in Terragen. There are other parts such as "atmosphere" that I did not cover but I am going to make a seperate tutorial for that. It is in PDF format just hit "download"

mmm looks good, but i was wondering if you can use terragen for do HDRI maps, cause could be helpful. have u ever try it?

Yes it is possible to do HDRI with terragen. I found a tutorial about it over internet. You render 6 with 3 different exposures. and join the images and do the hdr than export to the 3d program... something like that hehe
